What does the Travelers application do?
Auto Accident Help provides guidance and information to users in the event of an auto accident. It provides step-by-step instructions on how to document an accident, regardless of insurance carrier. Both customers and non-customers can create an accident report, attach a voice recording, and take photos to document the accident. The accident report can be emailed to anyone.
What does the app have to offer for Travelers custoâ€‹mers?
Travelers customers can use the iPhone® or Android™ application to start an auto claim, find a Travelers approved repair shop, or find a Travelers agent. The application also provides information about the claim process and Travelers in general, as well as easy access to key phone numbers. A personal profile including vehicle and agent information can be pre-populated into the tool.
Can customers get policy information through the mobile Web site or app?
Currently Travelers customers cannot access their policy information through the app. The app offers things such as the ability to file a claim, collect information, find an agent, find a repair shop, contact the company or get other useful tips including what to do after an accident.
Will Auto Accident Help work for any mobile device?
The application has been tested and is compatible with iPhone® 3G, 3GS, and 4 as well as all Android™ devices running OS 2.1 and up.
